Engine
BMW X3 Series comes with two engine options. The DOHC 3.0-Liter gasoline engine, in 3.0si, churns out a power of 260 hp @ 6600 rpm and a peak torque of 225 Nm @ 2750 rpm. On the other hand, the 2.5si variant is powered by 2.5L petrol engine, which delivers a power of 218 PS @ 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 250 Nm @ 2750-4250 rpm. The Digital Motor Electronics (DME) monitors and manages the key functions of both the engines.
Design And Comfort
Agility, style and dynamism of the powerful engines of BMW X3 Series are reflected in the exteriors of the cars as well. Elegance is the underlying factor of the powerful bonnet and the distinctive rear portion. While its frontage gets a double-kidney shaped radiator grille, body-colored front bumper - with integrated fog lights and dazzling headlamps, the rear end is beautified by unique taillights cluster.
